• not indicated in the treatment of fungal meningitis because it does not penetrate the cerebrospinal fluid.

4. Histoplasmosis (Darling’s disease)

6. Paracoccidioidomycosis (South American blastomycosis, Lutz-Splendore-Almeida disease)
